Founded in São Paulo in 2019, Sailor is an independent creative production studio partnering with brands and agencies from concept to final delivery. Our work moves between 2D and 3D animation, motion design, live action and visual effects.
What ties it together is direction: a clear idea, the right people and close attention to every frame.

The right route
for every project.
Some projects start with a first thought. Others arrive with a defined creative direction or a production challenge. We build the right approach around each one, bringing concept, craft and production into the same conversation.

Early idea
Starting by shaping the concept, exploring the visual direction and building a production plan that gives the idea room to grow.

Client brief
Working closely with brands and agencies to translate a creative direction into a clear, considered production.

Production challenge
Bringing the right disciplines together, combining design, animation, live action and visual effects around each project.

Final frame
Carrying the idea through editing, compositing and finishing, with the same attention across every format and delivery.
Our founders
A shared direction
Luccas Oliveira and Gustavo “GGA” Almeida founded Sailor around a shared belief: creative direction and production should move together. Both work across direction and executive production, connecting the ambition of an idea with the people and craft needed to make it happen. Sailor’s DNA draws on their experience across agencies, production companies, and media, with close involvement in the creative decisions and production behind every project.
